The regular MOQ is 1000 units per batch, subject to adjustment based on product dosage form and packaging complexity (e.g., probiotic powder MOQ 5000 units, capsules MOQ 10000 units). For long-term customers, we are willing to try our best to meet your MOQ requirements upon communication.

Our production bases are certified with GMP, ISO22000, HACCP and other international quality management systems. We provide market-specific certifications: ① North America: FDA registration, NSF certification; ② EU: CE certification, EFSA ingredient compliance report; ③ Southeast Asia: local FDA filing documents; ④ Middle East: Halal certification. We cover the certification requirements of most global markets and apply for targeted certifications based on your sales destination.

① Sample lead time: 3-5 working days for standard samples, 7-10 working days for custom formula samples (freight collect for sample delivery); ② Mass production lead time: 15-25 working days for regular orders. We pre-plan production capacity for peak seasons (e.g., European & American Christmas, Black Friday) to control lead time within 20 working days. The lead time will be clearly stated in the contract, and compensation will be paid as agreed in case of delays.

We implement a full-process QC system: ① Incoming material inspection: Raw material suppliers provide qualification certificates + third-party test reports, with random re-inspection after delivery; ② In-process control: QC checkpoints set at key processes, with random sampling every 2 hours; ③ Finished product inspection: Microorganism, heavy metal, content and other indicators tested before delivery, with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided for each batch; ④ Sample retention: Products of each batch are retained for 2 years to support customer traceability and verification.

Yes. We have long-term cooperation with professional international logistics providers and offer multiple solutions: ① Sea freight: for mass orders, cost-effective, 30-45 days delivery; ② Air freight: for urgent orders, 7-15 days delivery; ③ Express delivery: for samples or small orders, 3-7 days delivery. Freight can be settled on CIF or FOB terms, with customs declaration and document fees included in the quotation, no hidden costs.

Payment terms: 60% deposit + 40% balance (paid before shipment). We will try our best to accommodate special requirements upon request.

① Sample fee: Charged for first-time cooperation, and fully deducted from subsequent mass production orders that meet the MOQ; ② Courier fee: Sample delivery is freight collect by default; if the customer requests us to pay, it can be included in the settlement of mass production order costs.

If quality problems are confirmed by a mutually recognized third-party institution after delivery, we will handle them as follows: ① Minor issues: Provide technical guidance or re-delivery; ② Severe issues: Unconditional return and exchange, and bear the round-trip logistics costs; for inconvenient cross-border return and exchange, replenishment or deduction from the next order payment can be negotiated; ③ Compensate for relevant economic losses caused to the customer. To date, we have not had any severe quality problems.

Yes. We are familiar with the shelving rules of mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms and can provide: ① Platform-compliant product label design (e.g., Amazon FBA labels, ingredient warning statements); ② Assistance in providing certification documents and test reports required for platform review; ③ Formula adjustment suggestions to avoid platform prohibited clauses and reduce the risk of product delisting.
